These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services of Smoke Master, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
All offers on our website are non-binding and subject to availability.
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is only concluded when we expressly confirm the order or dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse orders (e.g., in case of pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspicion of fraud).
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in EUR (€) and include statutory VAT (where applicable).
Additional costs (e.g., shipping, customs for non-EU deliveries) will be clearly indicated before checkout.
The payment methods will be offered during the ordering process.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only and are not binding.
We ship to EU countries (additional fees may apply for non-EU destinations)..
If delivery fails due to your fault (e.g., incorrect address), you bear any additional costs.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
As an EU consumer, you have a 14-day withdrawal right (from receipt of goods) without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, inform us via email/post (contact details below).
Return goods unused, in original packaging within 14 days of withdrawal notice.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
Exclusions: Custom-made/perishable goods, sealed items opened after delivery.
6. Warranty and Liability
Smoke Master is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Liability is limited to the value of the goods.
7. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Our Privacy Policy (available on our website) details data collection, usage, and your rights (access, rectification, erasure, etc.).
Data may be transferred to third parties (e.g., payment processors, logistics) only for order fulfillment.
8. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
EU law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the company's registered office unless otherwise prescribed by law.
